Leading Silver Creek to victory were Bella Ayer and Avery White. Ayer went 9-for-18 on her way to 38 points, while White dropped a double-double with 24 points and 18 boards. That makes it eight consecutive games in which White has scored at least a third of Silver Creek's points.
Defeat or not, Skyline got some senior leadership from Svea Hallberg and Keira Reuter. Hallberg posted seven points in addition to five assists and five rebounds, while Reuter shot 50% from the field to rack up 12 points. The dominant performance also gave Hallberg a new career-high in shooting accuracy (43%). Another player making a difference was Rose Crawford, who put up seven points.
Silver Creek's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-18. As for Skyline, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.
