Mt. St. Joseph Academy barely beat Proctor the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Green Wave were the clear victors by a 6-3 margin over the Phantoms on Monday. With Mt. St. Joseph Academy ahead 3-0 at the half, the match was all but over already.

They hit Proctor with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jada Hughes (4), Dylan Collins, and Riley Collins.

Meanwhile, Mill River lost 6-2 to Poultney on Monday. Mill River have struggled against Poultney recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Mill River's loss dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for Mt. St. Joseph Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy skirted past Mill River 2-1 in their previous meeting last Saturday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Green Wave since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
