There's no place like home for Summit, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 19-12 win over the Aspen Skiers on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Summit found their leader in sophomore Connor Erwin, who picked up 173 receiving yards and three TDs, and also rushed for 59 yards on only eight carries. Elias Wyatt was another key player, throwing for 267 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.

Summit didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cesar Lozano and Axel Knipp. Summit got some further help from Henry Eslich: he picked up a sack and made 15 total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Despite the loss, Aspen still got an impressive performance from Dylan Mika, who rushed for 157 yards while picking up 7.1 yards per carry, and also caught one score. Mika didn't just play on offense: he also forced one fumble and made three total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.
