Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Dunnellon walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Belleview Rattlers with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted against the Rattlers since April 26, 2022.

Yadiel Roman paced Dunnellon's offense, picking up 14 kills. Roman got some help from Geremy Crouch and his 18 assists. Finally, Kelvin Jacobs kept Dunnellon's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Dunnellon's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Belleview, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Dunnellon has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against North Marion on the 30th. Belleview does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
