San Juan Hills won the last time they faced Beckman and things went their way on Friday too. The Stallions sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Patriots. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Stallions have posted since February 18th.

San Juan Hills' victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 7-9. As for Beckman, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-5.

Looking ahead, San Juan Hills will challenge San Clemente at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tritons will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Stallions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Beckman, they will square off against La Serna at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Lancers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so the Patriots' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
