Soccer Game Preview: Bishop Fenwick vs. Saugus

The Bishop Fenwick Crusaders will square off against the Saugus Sachems at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Bishop Fenwick has given up an average of 2.9 goals per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bishop Fenwick managed to keep up with Archbishop Williams until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Crusaders lost 5-2 to the Bishops.

Meanwhile, Saugus' game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Peabody Veterans Memorial. That's two games in a row now that Saugus have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Saugus and nudges their season record down to 3-12-1. As for Bishop Fenwick, they now have a losing record of 4-5-3.
