Basketball Recap: Follett Takes a Loss

Follett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Childress Bobcats and fell 68-21. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1332nd, while the Bobcats are ranked 592nd).

Follett's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Childress, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

While Follett had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
