Baseball Preview: Pallotti Panthers vs. Sts. Peter & Paul Sabres

Everson Vaughan made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple and one run. That triple was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Steven Buckner was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double. He is becoming a predictor of Pallotti's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is 7-1 (and 2-9 when he doesn't).
