While Thorp's win against Stanley-Boyd wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Orioles 4-3. The Cardinals haven't had any issues with the Orioles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
