Baseball Recap: Harrah Gets the Win

While Harrah's win against Tecumseh wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Harrah Panthers skirted past the Tecumseh Savages 6-4. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Savages: they've now won four in a row.

The team relied heavily on Joey Mclaughlin, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 3-for-4. He has become a key player for Harrah: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 0-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Heath Whitmore, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

The win got Harrah back to even at 3-3. As for Tecumseh, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1.

Harrah will have a chance to go back-to-back against Tecumseh: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
