Soccer Recap: Mead Hall Episcopal School Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mead Hall Episcopal School's offense. They came up short against the Augusta E Eagles on Tuesday, falling 4-0. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Mead Hall Episcopal School came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 194th in South Carolina, while Augusta E are ranked 395th in Georgia).

Mead Hall Episcopal School has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Augusta E, their win ended an eight-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-9.

Coming up, Mead Hall Episcopal School will square off against McCormick at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Augusta E, they will be playing at home against Providence at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
