Calvert had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Coldwater Cavaliers.

Calvert's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Coldwater, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Looking ahead, Calvert will challenge Hopewell-Loudon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Senecas' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Coldwater, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Shawnee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
