Softball Recap: Nashua North Takes a Loss

Nashua North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-0 to the Winnacunnet Warriors. The Titans were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Nashua North's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Winnacunnet, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.

When Nashua North and Winnacunnet next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Titans will face off against Windham and their seven-game winning streak at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Winnacunnet will try to stop Pinkerton's eight-game winning streak when they meet at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 3.1, the Astros 1.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.
