Soccer Recap: Eastern Mennonite Wins Going Away Against Timberlake Christian

Eastern Mennonite's game on Tuesday was all tied up 3-3 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They were the clear victors by a 6-3 margin over the Timberlake Christian Tornadoes. Joey Fink was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Eastern Mennonite now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Timberlake Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern Mennonite will host Grace Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Timberlake Christian, they will take on Roanoke Valley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give Timberlake Christian their first taste of in-conference action this season.
