Basketball Recap: Dock Mennonite Takes a Loss

Dock Mennonite has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 65-53 to the Phoenixville Phantoms on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pioneers of the 68-59 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Dock Mennonite's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Phoenixville, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dock Mennonite will host Jenkintown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dock Mennonite is facing Jenkintown at the right time seeing as Jenkintown is stuck on an 11-game losing streak. As for Phoenixville, they will square off against Pottsgrove at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Pottsgrove will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Phoenixville surely won't give up without a fight.
