Baseball Recap: Hatboro-Horsham Find Success

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hatboro-Horsham walked away with it. They never let the Chichester Eagles get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Kenny Lutz, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one double. That double was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Chris Yeager, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

Hatboro-Horsham hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Chichester struck out eight times.

Hatboro-Horsham's record now sits at 7-8. As for Chichester, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-7.

As of now, neither Hatboro-Horsham nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
