Tomah came tearing into Thursday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Arcadia Raiders. The victory was all the more spectacular given Tomah's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 119th, while Arcadia are ranked 29th).

Tomah's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Arcadia, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 15-1-3.

Coming up, Tomah will venture away from home to challenge Altoona at 3:00 p.m. on the 11th. As for Arcadia, they will face off against Chippewa Falls at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
