Brianna Cervacio posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Friday. As a matter of fact, she produced her best game of the campaign: she scored two runs and stole five bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 1.2 stolen bases per game.

Looking ahead, Cervacio and Sylmar will square off against Canoga Park at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Spartans got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Hunters thanks in part to Cervacio: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
