Soccer Recap: West Shamokin Triumphs

West Shamokin kept a clean sheet against Huntingdon on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bearcats, sneaking past 1-0. West Shamokin wouldn't have won without Coleman Stockdale, who scored the game-winner.

West Shamokin is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those six matches. As for Huntingdon, with the loss, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-8.

As of now, neither West Shamokin nor the Bearcats have any future games scheduled.
