Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask The Platte). They never let the Lakeview Vikings get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Tuesday. The score was close at halftime, but The Platte pulled away in the second half with five goals.

They hit Lakeview with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Micah Wehrbein (4), Jace David, and Braxton Pickett.

With the win, The Platte broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. As for Lakeview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
