Football Recap: Herrin Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Herrin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Murphysboro Red Devils and fell 40-8. The Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 20-0.

Herrin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Murphysboro, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Herrin will head out on the road to take on Massac County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Murphysboro, they will take on Lift for Life Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
