Soccer Recap: Canton Comes Up Short

Canton fell victim to Greenville and their airtight defense on Friday. They came up short against the Hornets, falling 15-0. Canton haven't had much luck with Greenville recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Canton's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Greenville, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Canton will face off against rival Neshoba Central at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Greenville is set to take on their familiar foe Callaway at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
