Basketball Recap: Leedey Beats Mangum for Their Third Straight Victory

Leedey had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 58.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Mangum Tigers by a score of 44-37. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bison also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.

Leedey has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.5 points per game. As for Mangum, they dropped their record down to 7-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Leedey didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 42-36 win against Arnett on the 25th. Mangum has also already played their next contest (against Hollis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
