Volleyball Game Preview: Bakersfield Christian Eagles vs. Paso Robles Bearcats

After both having extra time off, the Bakersfield Christian Eagles and the Paso Robles Bearcats will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bakersfield Christian is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

Two weeks ago, Bakersfield Christian came up short against Orcutt Academy and fell 3-1.

Bakersfield Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-23, 25-23, 25-20.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Paso Robles' good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 3-1 to Righetti.

While Paso Robles had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-18, 21-25, 25-22.

Paso Robles' loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Bakersfield Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-15.
