St. Charles won the last time they faced Warrenton, and Jaylie Deutschmann did her part to make sure it happened again. The Pirates came out on top against the Warriors by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Deutschmann, who had 13 digs and five aces. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 aces per game.

St. Charles was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-20, 23-25, 25-23, 25-9.

St. Charles' victory bumped their record up to 6-9-3. As for Warrenton, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Charles will take on Troy-Buchanan at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Warrenton, they will venture away from home to square off against Howell North at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
