Soccer Game Preview: Logan vs. Sky View

The Logan Grizzlies will head out on the road to square off against the Sky View Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Logan needed a bit of extra time to put away West Field. Their defense stepped up to hand the Longhorns a 1-0 shutout. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Logan were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Sky View won against West Field on Tuesday with four goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. Sky View was the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Mountain Crest. That's two games straight that Sky View have won by exactly four goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Sky View and bumps their season record up to 4-4. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Logan, their record is now 2-7.

Logan came out on top in a nail-biter against Sky View when the teams last played back in April of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Will Logan repeat their success, or does Sky View has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
