Independence hadn't done well against Centennial recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Independence Knights walked away with a 50-40 victory over the Centennial Titans. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Independence now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Centennial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-16.

Independence wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-41 defeat against Heritage on the 17th. Centennial has also already played their next matchup (against Memorial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
