A well-balanced attack led Calvert over Danbury in every quarter on their way to victory on Thursday. The Calvert Senecas came out on top against the Danbury Lakers by a score of 46-36. Winning may never get old, but the Senecas sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Danbury lost, don't look at Maci Brown. Despite the final result, she posted nine points along with seven assists and six boards. Brown is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 18 games she's played dating back to last season. Mia McDonald was another key player, putting up six points.

Calvert pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.2 points per game. As for Danbury, they moved to 10-2 with that loss, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.
