Volleyball Game Preview: Center Vikings vs. Olathe Pirates + How To Watch

The Center Vikings will square off against the Olathe Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Center will be strutting in after a victory while Olathe will be coming in after a loss.

On Saturday, Center was able to grind out a solid win over South Park, taking the game 3-1. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Burros recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Center had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-21, 25-20, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Olathe didn't have quite enough to beat Rangely on Saturday and fell 3-2. The Pirates have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Olathe took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-17, 24-26, 25-18, 15-8.

Olathe's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Center, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
