Basketball Game Preview: Grand Terrace Titans vs. Eisenhower Eagles

The Grand Terrace Titans will head out on the road to take on the Eisenhower Eagles on Friday. Eisenhower took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Grand Terrace, who comes in off a win.

Grand Terrace is headed into the game having just posted their closest win since November 15, 2023 on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged Carter out 52-50. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 338th, while the Lions are ranked 799th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Eisenhower came up short against Fontana on Wednesday and fell 58-48.

Eisenhower has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-17 record this season. That patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.8 points per game. As for Grand Terrace, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Everything came up roses for Grand Terrace against Eisenhower in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 75-27 win. Will Grand Terrace repeat their success, or does Eisenhower have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
