Volleyball Recap: Overland Comes Up Short

Overland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Vista PEAK Prep Bison. The Trailblazers were not able to make up for their loss to the Bison from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-10, 25-18.

Vista PEAK Prep can attribute much of their success to Ava Eltzroth, who had 28 assists.

Overland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Vista PEAK Prep, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Coming up, Overland will square off against Gateway at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Vista PEAK Prep, they will challenge Skyview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
