Baseball Recap: Philo Takes a Loss

Philo had taken Meadowbrook down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Electrics fell just short of the Colts by a score of 4-2. That's two games in a row now that the Electrics have lost by exactly two runs.

Philo now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Meadowbrook, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Philo will challenge rival West Muskingum at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Meadowbrook is set to take on their familiar foe Crooksville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
