Flag Football Recap: Aurora Central Comes Up Short

Aurora Central fell victim to Skyview and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 30-0 loss at the hands of the Wolverines. The Trojans just can't catch a break and have now endured six defeats in a row.

Even if they lost, Aurora Central's defense still kept up the pressure with six sacks. Naw Sher was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up two herself. She is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as she's now posted at least one in each of the last six games she's played.

Aurora Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Skyview, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

Aurora Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-0 defeat against Northglenn on the 6th. As for Skyview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-6 loss against Mountain Range on the 8th.
