Soccer Recap: Lee County Extends Winning Streak to Four

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lee County had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They blew past the Williams Bulldogs 5-2. Adrain Trujillio was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The win was the fourth in a row for Lee County, bringing their record up to 19-7. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those four matchups. As for Williams, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-6-3.

Lee County has already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Middle Creek on the 10th. Williams does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
