Palm Glades Prep Academy found their leader in sophomore Barbara Rodriguez, who rushed for 41 yards and one score, and also threw for 61 yards and one TD. Those 41 rushing yards gave Rodriguez a new career-high.

The game between Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) and Somerset Academy South Homestead didn't end well, with Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) falling 25-6.

Palm Glades Prep Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.3 points on average over those games. Somerset Academy (Silver Palms)'s defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Things could have been worse for Palm Glades Prep Academy, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 14-0 loss to Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) when the teams last played back in March of 2024.
