Volleyball Recap: Rock Point Comes Up Short

Rock Point suffered their biggest loss since October 3rd on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to the Joseph City Wildcats. The defeat continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Rock Point was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-22, 25-14.

Rock Point's loss dropped their record down to 14-13. As for Joseph City, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Rock Point will venture away from home to take on BASIS Flagstaff at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Joseph City, they will head out to challenge Fort Thomas at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
