Volleyball Recap: Belvidere Comes Up Short

Belvidere was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Boylan Catholic Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-12.

Belvidere's loss dropped their record down to 1-22. As for Boylan Catholic, they moved to 16-12 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Belvidere has already played their next match (against Belvidere North), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Boylan Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Rockford Auburn on the 21st.
