Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hoosick Falls). Everything went their way against the Salem Generals on Wednesday as they made off with a 14-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Generals: they've now won five in a row.

Hoosick Falls' win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Salem, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-2.

Hoosick Falls didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-1 victory against Hudson on the 17th. As for Salem, they will host Granville at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Generals will need to watch out since the Golden Horde have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games.
