Baseball Recap: Enloe Takes a Loss

Enloe lost to Broughton on Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles came up short against the Capitals, falling 14-4.

Gabriel Martinez and Joshua ?J.T.? Glenn did some serious damage despite the final result: Martinez went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI, while Glenn went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Enloe has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Broughton, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Enloe is set to challenge their familiar foe Millbrook at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Broughton will take on rival Wakefield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
