Volleyball Game Preview: West Davidson Dragons vs. South Rowan Raiders + How To Watch

The West Davidson Dragons are taking a road trip to take on the South Rowan Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Wednesday, West Davidson came up short against Oak Grove and fell 3-1. The Dragons have struggled against the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-17, 23-25, 25-22.

Meanwhile, South Rowan entered their tilt with Mount Pleasant on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win.

West Davidson now has a losing record of 1-2. As for South Rowan, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Everything went West Davidson's way against South Rowan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as West Davidson made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
