Soccer Recap: Grand Terrace Takes a Loss

Grand Terrace lost against Fontana back in February of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Grand Terrace Titans came up short against the Fontana Steelers, falling 5-0. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 428th, while the Steelers are ranked 94th).

Grand Terrace now has a losing record at 5-6-2. As for Fontana, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grand Terrace will challenge Kaiser at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fontana, they will face off against San Gorgonio at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
