Merrill lost to Marshfield last Friday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Bluejays came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 6-3.

Merrill is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Marshfield, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.
