St. Bernard-Elmwood Place's win ends four-game losing streak at home

The St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Titans can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 37-21 win over Lockland. That result was just more of the same for these two, as St. Bernard-Elmwood Place also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Lockland's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nadia Harris, who scored three points along with 11 rebounds and three blocks. Harris hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Liselle Bradford, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and two steals.

St. Bernard-Elmwood Place's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Lockland, they bumped their record down to 2-14 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.

St. Bernard-Elmwood Place will be playing in front of their home fans against Cincinnati Christian at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Lockland on the road again on Wednesday and play against North College Hill at 6:00 p.m. on January 24th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Ohio (North College Hill is ranked 778th, while Lockland is ranked 790th).
