Softball Recap: Easton Valley Comes Up Short

Easton Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Springville Orioles, falling 10-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Springville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 on Thursday.

Easton Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Springville, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Easton Valley will head out on the road to square off against Midland at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Easton Valley are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Springville, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-3 win against Turkey Valley on the 30th.
