On Friday Luis Valenzuela tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. The performance also marked the fewest walks (one) Valenzuela has had over his last four games. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than two walks. On the season, he has an ERA of 2.33 over 15 innings pitched.
