There's no place like home for Ruidoso, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Dexter Demons 40-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Warriors have posted since December 12, 2024.

Ruidoso pushed their record up to 15-11 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.3 points over those games. As for Dexter, they moved to 17-11 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Ruidoso will square off against Tularosa at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
