Orange Lutheran played in conference for the first time on Friday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They put the hurt on Servite with a sharp 74-48 win.

Meanwhile, Central posted their closest victory since January 12, 2024 on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Mount Miguel, sneaking past 48-46.

Central's win came from a few key players Orange Lutheran will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was James Tovar, who went 6 for 13 on his way to 17 points. The game was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Daimaggio Wyatt, who posted 12 points and seven rebounds.

Orange Lutheran is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-7 record this season.
