Baseball Recap: Lyndhurst Golden Bears vs. Indian Hills Braves
The Lyndhurst Golden Bears earned a 7-2 victory over the Indian Hills Braves on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Bears.

Jayson Bellenger made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and not a single walk). That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in May of 2025. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.
In other batting news, Johnny Chaname was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one triple. That triple was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Justin Tozduman, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.
Lyndhurst's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Indian Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11-1.

As for Indian Hills, they will welcome Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Braves are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
