Neshannock waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Northgate Flames get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won six contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Denny Joseph looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Neshannock let Cole Hutchison and Nathan Rickel run wild. Hutchison went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run, while Rickel went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Those three RBI gave Hutchison a new career-high. Joey DiMuccio was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs.

Neshannock's record now sits at 14-2. As for Northgate, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Neshannock will venture away from home to challenge Riverside at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Northgate, they will welcome Springdale at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
