Volleyball Recap: San Joaquin Memorial Takes a Loss

San Joaquin Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clovis West Golden Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Clovis West found their leader in sophomore Courtlin Pulliam, who had ten digs and one assist.

San Joaquin Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Clovis West, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

Looking ahead, San Joaquin Memorial will take on Immanuel at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clovis West, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Lodi on the 13th.
